Sai Service Station — Aquaguard service contract - no service | |||
I did a 1yr contract for aqua guard service with sai service (head office at 1, prema niwas, kasturba cross rd no.7, borivali east, Tel:[protected]/65 on 24.12.16.no one visits for service.after much difficulty and endless follow ups and fights I managed to get one service done. In that too they did not change the filter nor the candle.it has now been over a month I have been making requests to get the candle changed but they simply say 'tomorrow' and no one comes the next day.i have spoken with mr. Ranjan, ms. Pooja, ms. Vrushali and countless other service agents.i paid 1200 for the contract and never got any service.it has only and only been a headache and more and more harassment.while selling their contract to us, they claimed to be 'authorised agents' of eureka Forbes.only later did I realise that it was a misrepresentation Was this information helpful? | |||
