Dear Sir/Madame,
Today[protected], at 11:00 AM I had received a call from an Agent posing as an SBI Executive and wanting to verify with my account details. He said he would send me a text message and I need to confirm him the OTP code. Immediately an amount of Rs 7762/-(Credited to Deals Mantra EpayKerala) was deducted from my credit card.
I later realized I have been taken for a ride by this fraudster. I tried to call him but all in vain.
I request the SBI Management to Blacklist this Epay Kerala Deals mantra Portal and help me with getting my lost amount of Rs-7762.
I also request Epay Kerala Deals Mantra to kindly refund the amount.
