Hi Sir, My name is Swaraj David. I got a call from fraudulent no. on 5th of Feb 2016 and said that they are from SBI and they are offering 20% discount card and annual charge will be waive off for my SBI credit card and also they asked me to draft an email to [protected]@gmail.com and I drafted email as they said. So unknowingly I said the last 8 digits of my credit card no. and OTP, they made the transaction of rs-7888/- and later I asked the sbi customer care to block my card. They blocked my card and reissued a new SBI card. The amount was already debited, hence SBI customer care people said that it is liable to pay. Could you please catch hold of the culprit and refund my amount asap as I am facing very much financial crisis. Thanks for your help! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Just about 10 min ago, I received a call from [protected] who claimed he was speaking from SBI Cards division but I could make out and when confronted, he started abusing me. Have raised concern via twitter but when I see such old complaints pending against this number, I am disappointed to know that they are moving free.
Is State Bank of India Customer Care not concerned with such things happening in their name? Why there is no action?
