Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to book complaint again Owner of Mr.Suryavanshi we have booked flat at Malad with booking 10% amount of Rs.80, 000/- thru cheque in year 2011 & they promised with all member that project will completed within 3 years but still project not started & before 3 months back he closed his head office at Paral also they closed their own bank, telephone number out of, mobile number now working, since 3 months we tried to find him but never found still so we have booked complaints.
They have give us booking receipt, share certificates.
Fyi, we have many members in our family around 5 peoples, it will help us if you can help us to find out him & give us flat or refund amount soon.
