Had a very bad and pathetic experience at sancy's hsr layout branch. Should not be trusted at all. I was a regular there till this incidence. Gave my clothes, while receiving i found that one of my t-shirt (Zara) was missing. I had complained to a person called venkataramana mr who is regular at the shop in collecting & returning, he brushed off saying there is nothing missing. After few months i went to give the clothes for washing and to my surprise he was wearing the t-shirt which went missing. When asked he fumbled and started abusing. Want to know how can we take some action on culprits like this.
