Sancy's Laundrette — refund for my damaged jeans

Hi,

Now after reading other people comments, i feel i am not the alone victim from this laundry company. I am using their service in indiranagar from past some time but i stopped using it in the middle, as i was noticing my clothes are getting fainted day by day after wash.

So after some time i thought to give it a try again and that was the biggest mistake in my life. I gave last week my clothes to them and they asked me to pick it up after two three days. I picked up and kept it in my cub board, after some day i take out my jeans to wear it. When i wore i didn't noticed that it has so many holes in the backside. I reached to my office and over there when suddenly i placed my hand in the backside i found there are so many holes in it. (For proof attaching the images of tag and jeans).

I got shocked how that has happened and called them right away. The girl from their team ms. Mamtha she picked up and said you have to give us the tag of the product then only they will take the complaint. I went to their store as it is near by my office and requested mr. Nagaraj to help me in this incident if i don't find the tag in my house.

By the way the person who is handling the indiranagar store mr. Nagaraj, he knows me by my face as i was the regular customer. That guy also refused to help me and said let see what management said for this incident.

Anyways i went back to my home and started searching for the tag. Usually i throw it in dustbin but luckily it was lying over my bed and i send the pic of the tag as soon as i found it. After that she informed me that we will take the complaint and assist you on it.

Since from then there was a constant follow up from my end, these buggers are not even bother to at least inform us what is going on. Then i called again and asked for the update, she informed me that damaged has not been done from our end. This jeans was already been damaged before. Now my question is:

1. If it was already been damaged why the person who is taking the clothes has not inform their staff about it as holes are clearly seen.

2. Let say if i have done this why i will make holes at the backside. I will cut it from the front side as that is in the fashion trend.

Somehow she picked and said you will get a call on wednesday 11 am. Again same thing nobody called and i only have to call and ask for the update. She said her manager is busy and will give me a call in the evening.

Till now i am waiting for a call from their team manager so that i can discuss about it and get a refund for my damage. Well after this incident i will definitely not use their service any more and will request others also not to use their service.

I never felt helpless in my entire life like the way i am feeling now.

Also if we are raising our complaint over here, is there anyone who is looking into our issues or it will be another post from the another victim customer.
