After lockdown, GTPL restarted with their broadband service but there is a big issue with overall planning.
They start to provide new connection but only on paper. GTPL take money in advance for new connection and ask customer to wait for 15 days. Even after 15 days, no one is listening when we call customer care.
Bopal region connections are mostly pending. Please show this concern on your news so atleast GTPL get wake up call.
