Sang Placement Services — Fraud and cheating not return my money take action against Sang Placement Services

Sir/madam, I got message from Sang Placement Services through mail shine.com and i were approach him through whats app and they said Vacancy is available at QATAR University in Electrical Engineering Department. For that they to pay 26000 for registration (If your will show my transaction details and I have transferred the amount to Bank Name - UCO Bank Acc Name - Sang Placement Services Acc No - [protected] IFSC CODE - UCBA0001884. I have also paid on december month 2022 and waiting for the interview and meeting was arranged given Reference id qu_37888441 and I have attended also after three days call recieved from qatar university through office phone number, they said your selected and asking verification id for that pay for Education verification - Rs.25500/- Employment verification - Rs.31350/- (Not for freshers), Civil verification - Rs.40750/-, Total you have to pay Rs.97600/- . i said I need appoint order from authorization mail id. and he accepted to send the appoint order had sent to through [protected]@qatar.qu.edu. after receiving from this maild id checked in the website for available or not. after they saying you have to pay VISA security process of Rs .172000. This is huge amount and I am financially I am weak and I am not ready to pay. And I need to get borrow from the relatives so I asking order copy. But he saying once pay for amount within 2 days you will get delhi visit and he telling about will refund after delhi visit.. Otherwise your selection will cancelled. I dont have no option i already pay huge amount, so that i kept jewels in bank and paid for 172000. I called his number switched off and after 3 days again asked Message Through wattsapp no response and next day he will reply due to covid19 situation postponed.Again i receivied mail from qatar university from [protected]@qatar.qu.edu delhi visit schedule on date of march end 23 to 25 th 2023. You will get flight ticket 21st. But i am not getting any information from sang Placement Services.So i asked refund my amount and he said within 31 working days. i am waited. but now more that 31 days still I am not received. I found another person Rohit kumar (hr), i called but no response and then Message he replied you will refund july first week. On that day also asking again till 12th july of 2023. But i am not recieved single ruppes. So i came to noida Registration Address given online. I am searche whole area and Address also fake, only block A upto flat 32 number available . There is no such that company available in that area. if you want any other detail I will submit at time of inquiries .I request to take the action against them. i thought that they cheaters and cheating will done lot. Some proof attached of payment. Kindly do it action as soon as possible.
