[Resolved]  Sangeetha Mobiles — Order neither delivered nor refunded

Ordered online for ear buds on 15th October 2023. The delivery time is 2 hrs. But it was not delivered. The next day I contacted their customer care number ([protected]). He checked and said that the product is damaged and there is no more stock available. He also said that I will get a refund. But there is no update from them. Whenever I contact their customer care number, the person says that he/she will escalate and for sure I will get an update the same day. But nothing happens. I even contacted them through the customer care email ([protected]@sangeethamobiles.com) multiple times but that is also not helpful. It's been 10 days now. I need refund asap.
