[Resolved]  Sangeetha Mobiles — Waiting for my refund for over a month

I’ve ordered Sony headset which was promised to be delivered in 24hours i.e on 17th February 2023. I waited for a couple of weeks but haven’t received my order yet. I was said many silly reasons for not being delivered. And then after two weeks, without my acknowledgment my order got cancelled and when I asked about the same they regretted it and processed my refund. They even sent me the screenshot of the refund processing. But it’s 30th March 2023 and I’m still waiting for my refund of Rs 6, 990 which was paid by paytm. I am calling them and mailed them a million times yet it’s of no use. Providing you the screenshots of every failed promise the Sangeetha Mobiles have done with it’s worse customer service experience.
