I have ordered a travel bag from sanitizo website recently for 1000/- but the quality of the bag is too cheap it's not a worth of 1000/- it is 300-400 worth i have searched it on Amazon too yesterday for the price. I have mailed to the support team that they have provided on the website but couldn't deliver and it's showing that the email doesn't exist and the phone number too doesn't exist. I have mailed them within ½hr after receiving the order and it's been 3 days since I received the order. Please help me out. I need my money back 1k is really big thing to me. I need the product to be picked up from me and return the money. My delivery partner have warned me that it maybe a fake one but i trusted them and thought of returning the product if I'm not satisfied but the website is totally fake!!! Please help me out .
