I tried to lodge a complaint with the company and speak to them regarding faulty Lantus pen but could not do so in the absence of no mention of customer care no or e-mail id for the same. The knob meant to press while injecting has stopped working and is jammed.
Not mentioning the above details is a gross violation of the Consumer rights as well as packaging act, specially for imported products. .
The Company should be advised to follow the law immediately .I am looking for replacement of the faulty injection bearing batch no. 4F535A, Mfd 05.2014, Exp 04.2017.
Please suggest action
