Sansui India — Mobile Handset Change | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased 3 month before Sansui SA40 mobile but he is not working mostly in 3 days. problems is that mostly software is crashed and mobile is very heating problem. i have also 3 time install software from your service center mathura(JIA ENTERPRISE, M-[protected]) but he says mobile is manufacturing fault and change mobile set. I have seen and notice that this model is problem of mostly software crashing. Now recently mobile is warranty period but after expiring period what i do how can i manage software. So, please sir i want to change my mobile set and model also and i want to see your new mobile SA53g is launch, so please change my handset to SA53G rest amount i will be paid. but i dont want to get this model mobile SA40. why the peoples are purchased new mobile if this type of problem are facing. now you have also check my set IMEI no to how many times this set is going to your service center.My set IMEI No is :- [protected]My Complaint No is :- UPW-[protected]otherwise, if you do not change my handset then i will go for consumer court and give your complaints to media and news partners bcoz my relatives are also in media fields and lawyer in consumer court.Your service center head is not give me proper response.Thanx Devesh Kumar SharmaSystem & Network AdministratorSanjay Institute of Engg. & Mgmt.
