Santa Monica Study Abroad — Refund

My wife was studied IELTS in santamonica and they told me to refund the fee which paid for the coaching after her enrollment in Campus. She made her visa process and all other things through santamonica and i requested for refund on March 31 2022 through my advisor.

Till date, i didnt receive the money .
I am not thinking this is not the right way of approaching a customer like a reputed company like you and how i suppose to refer to someone else.

My wife name is Ganga Rajan and she studied IELTS from yours Thiruvalla branch.
