Santa Monica Study Abroad — Service not provided and refund not initiated

I have paid fees for proceeding masters degree application. But later they informed they need extra payment for proceeding further. I asked for a refund and since then they are not responding to my calls and texts. They have collected my documents as well. I haven't got any assistance from them.
