Hi, sr im santosh kumar, i have purchased moto g2 mobile last year, so resently i have updated my mobile from that day onwards my mobile am unable to call, if i call so the other person he is unable to hear my voice, and i have contact customer care they told that once reset the mobile.
They have given sum steps nd i followed those steps to reset the mobile ok
And again i contact customer care centre they told the same thing,
And so that is a problem what should i do,
I have went to your authorised service centre they told may be it is mother board problem, so thry estimate repair charge 7000/-Rupees only,
In a 7000/-Rs ill get new mobile, so what is the use of this mobile,
AND THAT SO THAT IS A PROBLEM IAM GETTING,
SO IWANT MY MOBILE IN A WORKING CONDITION, THIS IS A SMALL ISSUE FOR UR COMPANY, OTHERWISE ILL TAKE A SEVIOUR ACTION, Was this information helpful? |
