[Resolved] Sapnaonline.com — Sapna online store - Not refunding order not delivered | |||||
I ordered a book from Sapnaonline.com and paid them Rs.575 on August 9, 2021. I also contacted them on same day for priority delivery of the book since I wanted it for preparation for an interview. They promised priority delivery. I got a Delhivery tracking ID for the order[protected]. When the delivery did not arrive till August 17th, I contacted Sapna through email that the book did not get delivered and that I no longer needed the book since my interview got over. I asked for a refund, but they asked me to wait for 2 more days and that they will not give a refund. Today August 21, 4 days later when I checked the courier in Delhivery, it now shows that the order is UNdelivered and is in transit for return. I did not receive any calls regarding the delivery even though I had given my details, including phone number correctly to Sapnaonline.com. Besides the broken trust, they are adamant on not giving a refund to me. I need them to pay my back my Rs. 575. Was this information helpful? | |||||
