Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Reliance data card no’s [protected], [protected], I given cancellation letter near Reliance shop, they collect cancel letter but no further action. I paid 4 to 5month bill without using . Please check my usage. 31/12/14 Reliance executive collect cash and given receipt with cancel. But still bill receiving. We spent lot of money without using. I have wrongly recharged a another number in jio

but i recharged to [protected]
i confirmed from amazon website and jio call center
i called the customer to recharge me on the same amount 399 rs
at first he said he will do but after few calls he stoped picking my call
i request jio to give me a solution
