Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam [SSNNL] — Security Deposit expired but didn't return the same

We M/s. R. M. Sinha & Co., Kolkata deposited Rs.30, 00, 000/- with SSNNL on 21/03/2014 towards registration of our fi rm. The fixed deposit receipt no. 1282576 dated 21/03/2014. It has been renewed and valid till 23/02/2018. We have made several requests to them for release of our fixed deposit. On 01/07/2023 we have submitted our application along with required documents for cancellation as approved contractor and release of the security money. Dept. have asked for some documents on 19/07/2023 and we have also submitted the same on 22/07/2023. We made several visits to their office in Ahmedabad from Kolkata and didn't receive any favorable response. We have sent communication on 04/09/2023 in this respect.
