Dear sir / madam,
I am working in uae and i have placed a order through sareeka online purchasing and paid the full money on 24 / 08 / 2015. The promise for delivery time was 8 - 10 days. Actually this month 15th was my wedding anniversary and i have ordered as a gift for her. But whenever i follow - up they said it still stitching. Now this is 30 days and still did not receive the item and i could not give my gifts to my wife. The latest conversion was they will ship on 17 / 09 / 2015 and it will reach my home before eid. But from the company i know still they could not ship the item on that date. Whenever i am trying to reach them they are not giving me a proper answer.
As a consumer i kindly requesting you to do the investigation and they should compromise my loss. My order id is 20761
