[Resolved] Sargam Electronics — False commitments at the time of sales - increase the quantity of accessories to be delivered | |||
I recently bought a Samsung LED TV from Sargam Electronics, Indirapuram (near Aditya Mall) and the salesman Mr Rehman, has made false commitments and promise around the accessories i would be getting in the box. He told me that i would get 4 3D glasses with the TV i bought, but at the time of delivery there was only 2 of them. When i called them up they said that in this model their are only 2 3D glasses. On my telling them that you told us 4, they promised that they will give us 2 more glasses in 2-3 days. Since then i am getting dates and every time same response that there is no stock.Today i again called them up and the store manager Mr Sanjay, told Rehman to inform customer that it is expensive and we can not give for free, so tell the customer that we still dont have the stock.I somehow heard this conversation and when i asked then he mentioned that we have but only for purchase, we can not give as gift. My concern here is that first they made wrong description, then wrong commitments and made me follow them up for 3 weeks and now he is telling that we can not give.This type of salesman ship is not acceptable and make the customer irritated. I always wanted 4 3D glasses and would have taken the model where i was getting those.The store manager is very rude and so is the salesman Mr Rehman.
