Sargam Electronics — irresponsible, negligence in service & mis - selling of sargam electronics Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/cs. This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in your service, i. E., dg care and (SargamElectronics) :- 1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - compressor and display board both are not working? 2. Gas is leaking each year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product? 3. Dg care have sent engineer from lg service centre, tri nagar for attend the complaint of panasonic product, which is against the rules and regulation which affect also damage other parts, like plate/compressor of ac. 4.ac stop works only after two days of servicing by engineer, it means that complaint not handled properly by engineer at site. Service engineer already given 3 month service warranty in written. 4. Engineer from lg told about problem in compressor and capacitor of panasonic ac, other side engineer from panasonic service centre - aeramac told about problem in plate. So, till date no confirmation is about the actual problem in ac. 5. We are facing regular problem in panasonic acs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences). At the time of purchase the ac, we have many option to buy the ac like lg, samsung ac, but that time, sargam sales executive convinced to buy the panasonic acs due to blue coating features, (Wrong statement) in which we have dump rs. 52, 000/-, this shows the mis-selling of the sargam electronics. It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand and also the service and selling issue of dg care and sargam?
