Sarita Vihar Pocket-D — stray dogs bitten kids and domestic help nadly

This is to bring to your attention that stray dogs have become very wild and bitten kids and a domestic help in past 2-3 months. Many residents have made a complaint to mcd but no response.
Whole incident started when a resident of d-185 (Miss sonali agarwal, d/o mr. H. C. Agarwal) started giving food to stray dogs in the staircase even when society has allocated space in the park adjacent to d-block to feed to stray dogs. Numerous police complaints made against miss sonali but she's been thick skin and no impact on her. She started acting like one of the wild animal. My humble request to take serious action against miss sonali and some solution to wild stray dogs. Attached the photo of domestic help who was bitten by dog in the staircase of d-184 on 23rd march 2018.
