I had sent 4 vouchers till now you are processing it..And the main thing what about the insurance policy cards that you had promised to give within 15 days..It has been 6 months no cards till now..and the thyrocare tests..how many times do I need to book an appointment..

This is with reference to my below plan which was purchased for 2 year Sars Silver Plan by me on 17th May, 2016 and told by your representative that I will be received the Welcome Kit along with the following vouchers. I am trying to followup with Mr. Vishal Chandra [M.No. +91 [protected]] and also trying to get connected on [protected] but unable to reach Sars team. And still I have not received my Welcome Kit till now.
In the beginning of the policy, I was repeatedly received calls from your executives and now I was unable to contact your. In the starting of the policy where customer is asking for his policy documents unable to reach you then I am unable to understand that how Sars team will reimburse on OPD expenses and other bills. No customer Support from Sars team. No helpline for customer support. This such a ridiculous approach of business.
In view of the above. I am not interested in your policy now and I would like to request you to refund my paid amount i.e. INR. 5990/- [Paynimo Transaction ID[protected]]. You are once again requested to kindly refund my money at the earliest.
An early response in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I bought one package from Sars health on 25 April and they told me that they will send my welcome kit in 2 weeks. It has been more than 50 days not but nothing has reached me. Earlier they would pick my call but they have stopped attending that. No response on their site as well. It is a big fraud!! Im surprised they are not behind the bars till now. They are openly doing the business (fraud) with people.
I sent so many mails daily and they would respond in 4-5 days that you will receive the kit in 2 days etc etc. But their email server is throwing back the mails as well. I am 100% sure its a fraud.
I paid 5990 for 4 family members.

I also bought one package of Rs 5999 and sales person said this is for 2 years. They said I will receive BP machine but I got sugar one. There are vouchers of 6000 but I do not see from where I place the order. There is no shopping on their web sites. They do not pick the phone numbers.
I feel I have been cheated. Sales person Rachit ([protected]) does not pick the phone now.
I need my money back. This is total fraud. No customer care no service false product!
