In satya agencies, i by a mixer grinder in 11/03/2023.they told me you can return or exchange the product whenever you want.i run it for only one time to grind coconut. when I started to grind it has more noiseand the Coconut is not grinded well.so i visit the branch and complaint about it.they told to come next day.I went next day.they told
that they service the product but I have no idea to buy the product.so i ask to refund or exchange.but they take now and check for some day. they told me that if there is a problem you i chande and gave . i have more work. if they now itself not return then gave after used for more time.i not even go to butterfly, i only went to buy preethi and the sales employees name is Deepika.S-TpT1 only take me to butterfly company.she only forced to buy butterfly product.it is your customers care.i totally upset.i return the product at 27/03/2023 and next day (28/03/2023).until noe they not call.i buy more item in Sathya agencies.pleage refund my amount .
