Satya Agencies found cheating me in not supporting to get my refund which i have swipe twice with the agency - At villivakkam
Salman was the Sales person, I am not getting my refund which i have made on credit card of axis bank till now : 34500 /- it been a month, I am frustated with the follow up and no mercy to help the cusotmer to get the refund .

if the customer money is the manager or anyone satya agencies employee will satya will act like this or any manager or store manager will do this

I have purchsed two iphone, big hungama has happend as well, EO was not updated, but my reg mobile was shown outstanding is claimed,

Resolved the issue, now some one is saying me, cash bask instant discount is no updated

how a customer is responsible for all this .. is this fair to hold a customer money like this

need justice, I have sent a mail to crm and to MD johnson sir, not sure if it will reach them as satya agencies staff would even hide and delay to frustrrat a customer

Immavel is the person who also know the fact in the head office : EO Head
