Address:560038
Website:www.savaari.com

Vehicle reference number (vehicle used during journey): HR-99-AC-6689 (White Ertiga)

Money recovered by the company by Cheat, threat and harassment – INR 5, 890/-
• Fuel cost INR 3, 790
• E-receipts for tourist vehicle tax INR 2, 100

Excess payment made by me (Fuel cost INR 3, 790)
I have made excess payment to savaari on account of fuel expenses incurred on behalf of Savaari of INR 3, 790 which I forget to deduct at the time of making final payment. – Oral Intimation and written intimation both provided immediately post completion of journey on 5 April 2018, still Savaari team turned deaf hear.

Threat and harassment from driver (INR 2, 100)
In addition to above, before completion of trip on 4 April 2018, I intimated to the company that driver is not providing me e-receipts for online payment made by him for tourist vehicle tax for inter-state movement amounting to INR 2, 100 and asking me to pay the same failing which he will not leave me to the airport. In this regard, only whatsapp message was shared by the driver which didn’t had e-acknowledgment/challan number to verify authenticity of taxes paid.

On this the company replied that they cannot provide copy of e-receipts/ scan copy of tax payment document and told it to get it from driver. On asking the driver, he forwarded some whatsapp message which had no reference to e-receipt/acknowledgement number to verify actual payment of tax. On asking to provide the e-receipt for making payment/reimbursement to the company, he threaten us for not leaving us to the airport. In an electronic era, I fail to understand how it is not possible for savaari team to provide e-receipts when they acknowledge that payment is made online.

You can understand how the company works by deliberately putting it on driver and driver in turns threatening the customer, an easy means to escape and pocket money.

This issue was also highlighted in my email immediately post completion of trip ie. Email dated 5 April 2018 11:58 am with all documentary supporting with entire case.

I doubt whether this vehicle was appropriately registered and taxes were actually paid by the company on the said vehcile registration number.

Various demands from driver and reporting late in the journey
The driver Karampal (91 [protected]/ 91 [protected]) provided by Savaari team behaved irrationally during the entire journey. He didn’t cleaned the car after first day arrival till last day drop. He made several excuses like battery failure for leaving it on entire night, going for breakfast etc and reported late which delayed this journey. However, 10 mins extra time taken by us beyond 10 was billed to us as his night allowance. This shows greedy and irrational behavior of him. In spite of the fact, we had senior citizen on board, he didn’t cared to be careful which driving on potholes and we had to constantly keep reminding him to lower the speed.

Additionally, he demanded tea, water, accommodation etc (which he repeated when I had discussion with savaari team personnel involved on conference call). This can be witnessed vide conference call dated 6 April 2018 at 10:30 am jointly taken by Mr. Akash Prajapati. On this also, the company showed deaf hear.

You can imagine what type of drivers savaari team offers to the customers.

No transparency and support from the company
In relation to above, before completion of trip, I intimated to the company that driver is not providing me receipts for online payment made by him for tourist vehicle tax for inter-state movement amounting to INR 2, 100 and asking me to pay the same failing which he will not leave me to the airport. In this regard, only whatsapp message was shared by the driver which didn’t had e-acknowledgment/challan number to verify authenticity of taxes paid. This issue was also highlighted in my email post completion of trip ie. Email dated 5 April 2018 11:58 am.

Rather than addressing the concern raised, to my surprise, I received an email, wherein I was charged various expenses which were never incurred based on drivers oral statement. Further, they also alleged that car door was hit during my journey. On asking documentary evidence from the company, the same was not provided.

It would be relevant to note that the company did not considered car hit matter at the time of generation of final bill and only intimated when I asked for refund. Further, on asking for proof no evidence was provided. This is a clear case to pocket the customer money.

I tried to connect with Mr. Ajeet Singh, point of contact for taking order but was diverted to Akash Prajapati, Ajeet Singh, Neha Massy, Ashley Wain, Amit Singh, Mr. Vikash Ranswal, Mohit Sharma. I find it really difficult to deal with so many people simultaneously their availability to discuss the matter.

Mr. Ashley Wain, Manager Operations didn’t had patience to hear my matter and just stated one statement that we can maximum pay you INR 1, 000/-. I would like to clarify that I was not asking to compensate me for the inconvenience suffered by me on account of savaari team and drivers behavior but just asking to refund me the excess amount paid by me for fuel cost and taxes paid (for which no e-receipts were provided).

Factual understanding of the case and pocketing of money on grounds of fake expenses
The car booked cost was INR18938 and total amount paid by me to the company INR 26, 087. In this regard, the company without any evidence is charging me toll, tax charges of INR 7, 149/- (INR 26, 087 minus (-) INR18938).

It would also be pertinent to note that toll tax estimated by the company is INR 245 (in email dated 27 March 2018 8:26 pm) will was inflated to INR 996. You can see clear case of cheat.

Further, most of the parking charges charged by the company are fake as we didn’t visited such places. On asking to provide the proof like GPS which can provide you track of the places you visited for transparency, they didn’t had any proof/document evidencing such payment neither they provided GPS tracker for being charged.

Thus, eating my entire money paid for fuel bill on behalf of the company and taxes paid (for which no e-receipts/physical payment document were provided).

Out of no stretch and imagination, 40% of car booking amount can be incurred for such expenses. This shows irrational behavior of the company to pocket the money.

It has been terrible and painful experience in dealing with savaari team and driver, finally without no refund. I have been first time user to book service from your company but had worst experience right from the supporting staff to driver.

They are cheaters, beware of them. They might charge you a bit lower then competitive price to attract you but will threaten, harass and cheat you. Finally, you will end up paying more than the competitive price.
