[Resolved] SBI — Amount through IMPS transaction not credited to beneficiary Bank account (SBI) even after 13 days | |||
HI, I have transferred 15000 from my citibank account([protected]) on 28th of Aug'14 and till today the amount is not reflecting in SBI account ([protected]). I have contacted CITIBANK customer care and I got the response that the beneficiary bank should assist me further as the amount is already transferred. However when I contacted the SBI branch they were helpless as they even didnt have any details regarding this transaction (Ref:num.[protected]. Its Pathetic support and moreover IMPS was used for an emergency medical situation and we are yet to receive the amount back!!!. Kindly help. Regards, Rakesh K Was this information helpful? | |||
