to day at 11 am dt[protected] we tried to book train tickets through irctc portal, sbi net bank option not came, it is the not first time, sbi not taking any action this type of failures, but from customer it is collecting money by the name exess deposits etc... its ok but india largest bank should not fail on line transactions, higher officials should take some care perticularly irctc transictions.
