[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — fraud in the name of credit card discount | |||||
Somebody called me through mobile no.[protected] and obtained my credit card details stating that credit card provider providing discount card to avail 30% discount on purchases to it's credit card holders. So saying the caller obtained complete details of my card. I am apprehending danger of misuse of my credit card. Please protect my interest as well as interest of other credit card holders. There is a link in Profile menu of SBI INB from where mobile number can be directly updated, without visiting branch. But that option always fails with error message "Due to some technical problems we are unable to process your request. Please try later."
