[Resolved]  SBI Credit Card — non recognition of my reward points, harassment

Advised to call [protected] /[protected] or visit www.sbi.co.in the telephone nos are of call center and they do not have any clue how to settle or what is the problem. Attended to / closed/ resolution - arbitrary - no communication / details provided as to what resolution was taken. Is it customer friendly of sbi centric. No action by sbi reg resolving the issue
3 called sbi card call center 20.02.17 enquired about redemption of my points, i was told that it will be taken care by shubhyatra & i should mail them reg sending me user id and password. No one from sbi call center told me that my account has been blocked by sbi as stated later by loyaltyprogram, why to direct me elsewhere and giving the true pictutre. Does not call center have the complete picture? "
4 mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in - 21.02.17 5:06pm i have 5815 reward points. Tried linking account no with irctc site but it says my loyalty no does not exist. Sent screen shot of the same. Requested for user id and password for redemption of reward points."

6 mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in - 22.02.17 10:09 am asked to provide loyalty account no which is 11 digit no. It has been clearly mentioned in my mail dt 21.02.17 that irctc site says that my loyalty no does not exist, then how am i supposed to provide that."

Requested to cancel my following sbi cards - irctc platinum [protected] and gold & more [protected] sent physical copies of mails to cmd, sbi and vigilance head, sbi "

I wrote that since i have 5897 points on my irctc platinum sbi credit card i am paying rs 4316 deducting 5897 out of bill dt 18.04.17 due on 07.04.17 for rs 10213/. Requested to cancel both my cards."
15 recived sms on 04.04.17 at 6 pm it said that my complaint no[protected] has been resolved. Called call center quoting the complaint no reg the current status and was told that complaint has been taken care of and resolved. As advised logged into my account but it says again - this facility is not provided to the deactivated user. "

Inspite of my constant follow up and regular calls (Of which i stopped keeping record as it was on daily basis) no recitfication measures was taken and every time i was told that my account has been deactivated and it is being corrected manually. Upon enquiring from loyalty [protected]@irctc.co.in they have clealy conveyed through mail dt 22.02.17 that "you account has been blocked by sbi so please contact sbi" "

24 mail from loyalty [protected]@irctc.co.in - 07.04.17 4:21pm it said that my account is blocked and not migrated on new site. Migration of all user on new site is under process. So please wait. When your account will be migrate then it will be active. Isnt it evident the way the matter is being handled by sbi / irctc. The communication and words itself elaborates the knowledge and sincerity of the person who is handling it."
