SBI Credit Card — Refund didn't happen for failed transaction | |||
Refund not credited for a failed transaction even after two months. On calling customer support they give excuse and create new complaint no every time. They don't have a toll free number, every time I call had to spend more than 25 rupees as the executive receives the call after 15 minutes only. Three times I made them create new complaints. Now they are saying it will take 45 to 120 days to process this complaint, where merchants refund amount in max one week for failed transaction. Transaction date: 23th March. Merchant: GoIBIBO.COM Using SBI credit card. SBI Credit card registered no: [protected]@gmail.com Registered contact no: [protected] Amount:5193 Communication with customer care executives: 2nd April: Customer support executive: Vishal adhikary Complaint no: 1-hc930n Solution provided: Will be refunded within one week. 24th April: Customer support executive: Vidyasagar Complaint no:[protected] Solution provided: Said that previous complaint no is not valid. Created new complaint & said amount will be refunded in one week. 29th April: Customer support executive: Jagadish damodaran Complaint no: 1-[protected] Solution provided: Said that previous complaint no didn't process for some reason. Created new complaint & said amount will be refunded in one week. 7th May: Customer support executive: Aaishwarya She said that its in process and will take 45 days to 120 days. Please help me.
