SBI Credit Card — reversal and settlement letter | |||
The general manager Reserve bank of india New delhi -110034 Dear sir, Sub: - complaint against sbi credit cards I had sbi credit cards no:- [protected]. This is to inform you that i was using card. No. ([protected]). And when my outstanding balance was 35000/- which i was not able to pay due my job lost in cross cutting hence i requested for the settlement 3 months back after calling sbi customer care. A person came from collection team and deal done for 20.000 in which i have paid 17000/- remain 3000/- amount need to pay only. But in march i have paid 4000 extra for settlement letter, but till dare i have no recieved any mail from you. Regarding i was following with the same guy to give settlement letter. But he was not replying over the call or whatsap. I have total pay the 31000 rs including my reversal. I am receiving calls for the outstanding payment every time.
