[Resolved] SBI — recovery agent talking in abusive language | |||
I have been receiving the phone calls from SBI Credit Card recovery agent named Sony [protected] in very abusive and intimidating language with a direct personal attack. This has happened many times but I am making a complaint about today's incident i.e. 1/08/2018. I request SBI to look into the matter and doesn't appoint such agent as in Mumbai one person has done suicide for ICICI Bank agent. It is also requested SBI to reverse the finance charges in lieu of the mental harassment done by their agent.
