[Resolved] SBI — Unnecessary charges towards Credit card | |||
Hello Sir, I got a call from SBI for Offering credit card with exciting offers at free of cost only in orderly I accepted to proceed then I got a call for a verification, but the verification department has told there is an Annual fee .Actually I don’t want if it’s an annual fee and rejected it in the verification call itself within few seconds Again the same gal called who called me first and told there won’t be any extra charges and no need to pay Annual fee. Since the girl committed and confirmed if there is any issue and you can get in touch with us and quoting the name and the call also tracked anyways for Quality and Monitoring purpose. She assured that You will not have any issues. And there will be a GIFT voucher for Rs.3000/- If you don’t want Gift voucher, the amount can be adjusted and deducted from your total transaction usage and you can reduce that 3000 and pay the remaining only from outstanding due .She said to proceed me in the verification call, accordingly I accepted then start proceeding the card in the final call which is actually fourth call. Details followings: Received the card in Dec 2013.The card details are : [protected] Name of the card :Pavidammal Devi . Below are my Actual Transactions and paid on or before due date itself. 07.01.2014 :Rs .79758/- 07.02.2014:Rs.9014/- 07.03.2014 –NO TRANSACTION 07.04.2014 :Rs .1702 /- I stopped using card since am being charged every month though I have not used the card. From SBI side, Below are unnecessary charges 07.01.2014 –Annual Fee Rs.2999 +370.68 07.02.2014 –TOTAL GST Rs. 393.51 +3183.71 07.03.2014 –FINANCE Charge rs.374.64 07.04.2014 –Fee late Rs.550+101.46+270.87 and along with that disputed amount rs.30000 made at ICICI PRU without my knowledge. I raised a complaint to SBI along with proofs after that only they revered the disputed amount. Every month I keep getting alert to pay the outstanding DUE and more over REALLY Mental harassment.Unable to concentrate on any work due to frequent calls from SBI for an outstanding due. I have stopped using the card and am being charging .I mailed SBI customer care and CEO multiple times but there was no GOOD solution. They have not even looking into the problem instead called me simply and say pay the outstanding due. I suffered a lot with answering them that raised a complaint .they not even bothered keep calling and torturing me. Really unfair and I suffered a lot in mentally due to SBI credit card. I raised it to RBI also since I dint get a positive response. P.S: I did n’t sign the documents actually. They themselves signed due to finish the count during month end. Today I went&met Manager Manikandan at TV. he is also not responding and told me to check with the person whom called you when I asked him to track all calls which is really unfair and which cannot be done by customers side .He is failed to do and not responding properly too.even my sign is not correct which i seen on documents and requested copies to produce wherever I put a complaint but he is not given too. I am using CITI credit card for more than 6 to 7 yrs. It’s a lifetime free card, Even I would like to have lifetime free card only.
