[Resolved]  Sbt Online — Unable to withdraw cash from my SB a/c, due to staff inco-operation.

I, Cherian C.M., Holder of an SB a/c in State Bank of Travancore, Mallappally Branch, Pathanamthitta District in Kerala, since its begninng.Beside this a/c, I also posess a fixed deposit in the above mentioned branch, of which its interest is being credited to the SB a/c and I use this money for my monthly expense(medicine etc..). Till[protected], the withdrawal of these interest amount held smoothly. I am around 89 years old and visually handicapped and physically not fit, so I depend on my son for my transaction purpose. On[protected], I went to the mentioned Bank along with my son, with my passbook, for the purpose of withdrawing Rs. 6000/-. The Senior Officer (Madam) refused to accept the filled in withdrawal form with a demand of submitting ID card. Do I need an ID card inaddition to my SB a/c Passbook for the transaction purpose?
