Schneider — Bad service

I tool a Royal cruiser from BBSR to KOlkata on 13th of March., bus was so ordinary..seats were not comfortable, employees were replying very rudely.. they stopped at a dhaba named HIGHWAY KITCHEN where bad food was served at very haigher rates. my last booking with Royal cruiser, advice to all is to avoid it unless its very urgent.
