I tool a Royal cruiser from BBSR to KOlkata on 13th of March., bus was so ordinary..seats were not comfortable, employees were replying very rudely..
they stopped at a dhaba named HIGHWAY KITCHEN where bad food was served at very haigher rates.
my last booking with Royal cruiser, advice to all is to avoid it unless its very urgent....

I took a Royal Cruiser [only the name is BIG] from Bhubaneshwar to Kolkata on 13th of March. the seats were so ordinary and comfort level was also below par. over all the service was just like an ordinary bus which charges 400/- as fare. also the worst part was that bus stopped at a road side [literally] dhaba named HIGHWAY KITCHEN..in a lonely place where no other options were available to have dinner. it was a single food joint in that...
