Scholarship — I'm complaining about my obtain marks/total marks correction in my scholarship form

Dear sir/madam,

This is bring to your kind notice that i am a b. Tech, 3rd year student in the department of chemical engineering, madan mohan malviya university of technology, gorakhpur. I belong to general category from district varanasi. I filled application form for up scholarship in the year 2018-19 (Registration no. [protected]).
I filled the scholarship form with proper details same as previous years but college by mistake uploaded the marks obtained in the last year (Session 2017-18), 971/1400 but actually it is 852/1200, while the other student's marks are uploaded out of 1200 and send it to social welfare office. During correction time i further asked the respected officer in college what the things must be corrected as my name flashed in college suspect list, they said to change only my obtain marks from 852 to 971 but unfortunately they didn’t indicate to change total marks form 1200 to 1400.
At present my name is still there in suspect list but concerned authority of college is not willing to listen neither anything nor providing any solution. I have also requested to district social welfare office gorakhpur but they also did't provide any positive responce. I am totaly depending on scholarship for my studies, as i do not have any external source of income except scholarship.

So please provide me aspect my request to change the above detail or appropriate solution to this problem so that i can find my scholarship. I am attaching the required document.
