[Resolved] SCV — Not proper signal, no response & respect from dealers..

Hi sir,

Greetings from santhosh we bought the scv set top box before two years.. For first six months they treat us well and come immediatly when we complaint anything.. But after that they didn't even care about us.. For example at first they provide more than fifty channels but now they minimize into fourty, more than that if we complaint about any cable problems means they don't even pick the phone. Now for nearly one month more than thrice a day it display as searching for signal. Eventhough we complaint about it for more than ten times. But there is no proper reactions form them but they will come correctly on 5th of every month to receive the money of rs.165. Please take severe actions to prevent people from that kind of problems,..

This is a customer from chennai and from ambattur area and this scv is very affecting channels largely and this is very bad to the cable tv and one more thing it is better to give rs.50 for only for 50 channel telecast. This on day of 15 th that is today since gemini was there till 12.00 at shap 12.00 it is cut this is too bad to cable operator since we all are not giving the fees of cable. One more thining often they use to cut because o[censored]. I kindly thank u to correct this problems and if i contact u u r not taking the phone pl do the needfull

Scv Skylines — Poor response from cable operator

We got the scv set top connection but the signals r often cutted when we enquire the same with cable operator ramana of this area vajjerpalli, pakala of chittoor district ap. He told that he will remove connection as a response. Is this the fate ofthe customers who opted for scv set top box connection? Please respond.

SCV — Set top box is not working

Iam having a set top box from scv. My smart card no is [protected] last one week is not working. Kindly solve the issue as early as possible
