Sdv Cable — no signal from two days... every week same problem.... repeating... no response

I m resident at vijaywada., gollapudi, it was worst cable service ever i seen in my life... Because, in a month a duration morthan 4 days (21st on wards still today this month also) no signal, when we call they are scolding the management, because they are not able to find solution to the problem, the sdv cable distribution is a big big big failure in vijayawada rural areas, but they are asking the bill, with out providing service
