Sir i k.syam Sundar secretary RamSai Sagar Residency new resapuvanipalem, sivanandapuram, Visakhapatnam.13 submitting the complaint against our are SDV Cable operator, Sri Devi cable started in our area by assured to give good service and monthly charges only ₹50/-after that it was enhanced ₹200/- &set up box charges ₹1500to₹2000/-, recently they started different package system with GST 18%but they are not issueing GST bill simply...

I m resident at vijaywada., gollapudi, it was worst cable service ever i seen in my life... Because, in a month a duration morthan 4 days (21st on wards still today this month also) no signal, when we call they are scolding the management, because they are not able to find solution to the problem, the sdv cable distribution is a big big big failure in vijayawada rural areas, but they are asking the bill, with out providing service...

Sdv cable in srinivasnagar is increasing cable charges as per their wish. They increased cable charges from rs 200 to rs 250.
Initially they told us that they increased cable mothly charges due to gst but they are not giving gst bill. When i asked them for gst bill they are saying that gst is not applicable. So why they increase price? We dont have option to select channel we want. Most of the time channels are not working....
