Mr deshmukh the Pramotar or Partner of Aryarup Tourisim and club & resort Pvt Ltd, promise to pay against the amount paid or investing Rs 8. 00. 000/- in his company. He didnot fulfill it. from 2008 I am in trouble because I had got this amount from money lenders from friends. I should like to know what action would Take against him... their money at ATCR ( Aryarup Tourism Club Resort Pvt. Ltd ). This company give the double amount within 10 months and refund 25000/ Rs after invest 9000/- Rs within 3 Monts. Many people invest money some of them get benefit so this people start chain marketing and invest very large amount . but they do not get return till date from year 2009-10 ... raju were invested in Aryarup Tours and Club Resorts Pvt . Ltd. under one time plan "aryravarth standard " . for Rs. 301500. 00 each for the duration of the scheme 150 days and they assured for getting money back every day in my account for the Rs. 4050. 00 after completion of the 150 days we will receive the sum assured amount for the Rs...
