I had applied for a new IGL connection at Vasant Kunj Delhi via BP number [protected] however even after two months and multiple follow ups there is no clue about when the connection will be installed. IGL customer care tells the same story every time that we have escalated your case and you will get response soon but there is no feedback whatsoever...

My IGL gas connection installed on 20. 12. 2022 and after a few days it observed a Heavy Gas Leakage that resulted in an unexpected meter reading of 9 Kgs till 28. 12. 2022. On 29. 12. 2022, I raised the complaint to IGL to check and fix Gas Leakage.
