I had booked an offer from Gift360, who marketed the Reebok offer on the back side of the ICICI CC statement. They have charged me Rs. 1300 towards the gift voucher in favour of M/s Kaviraj House Wares and haven't delivered the voucher till date. Its been almost a month now. Please help to resolve the issue... One month is already over and still they have not sent the products.
To my surprise, whenever I call them, they reply "we will send your coupons by this week end... I have a very similar experience with Gift360. I had ordered a product from them on JUly 25th 2008 and am yet to receive the product. After repeated phone calls, they told me that because their vendor has not supplied it, they will not be able to deliver the product; so I asked for cancellation of the order and refund of my payment - this was on 7th October 2008... Don't buy from gift360. in

very poor service... I ordered Reebok shoes on gift360 on 23rd November. And now it is more than one month. I haven't received anything from them.

of Gift360, informed me that, they will refund the amount to me by way of Cheque. Though, more than three months have passed, nothing has received from them. Sri Edwin. , Team Leader, has informed me in the month of october, 08, that, I will receive the Cheque within a week time... rweceived a sms from gift360, that i have won a gift worth upto rs 10000 at a new year scheme, and to know what i got i have to message u back GIFT SCRATCH to you . When i did it, you send me another message that the gift i won is a "UNITED COLOURS OF BENNETON WRIST WATCH " and inorder toredeem my gift i have to make a call to number messaged by you ... I couriered the suitcases through Fly King Courier (Consignment Nbr: 75529364, Date: 16/09/08) to their office in Langford road in Bangalore. Later I spoke to Mr. Pushpendra nearly 3-5 times and each time he would acknowledge the receipt of the courier and would assure that the red colour suitcases will be dispatched soon... Pleaselet me know wheather Gift360 is a fraud company or a genuine one. I had got a Scrach card and won a Sun Glasses worth Rs3250. I only had to pay taxes & handling charges of 495. Please suggest me whether I should go ahead or not.
