I purchased a brand new Seiko Watch on 15th Aug 2022 from JustInTime @ WhiteField Phoenix MarketCity. Till now I have worn the watch for just 4 to 5 times but in these 2 months(from the date of purchase) the watch caught many scratches.
I can't imagine these kinds of problems with Seiko(a premium and luxury brand). Even at the time of purchase I was very optimistic towards Seiko and thinking that I can happily use the watch for the next 5 years without any issues. But unfortunately I am very much disappointed with the product I purchased.
Seiko is blaming me for mishandling of watch. Was this information helpful? |
