I had made a paytm payment of rs326 thru my hdfc credit card on 22.10.15 to peppertap order no. 1361842 which to my suprise want to paytm instead of peppertap. I had registered my complaint with my bank and peppertap. Now I hv my credit statement which clearly stated that the payment went in your account instead of peppertap.kindly reverse the same amount in my account asap. Also pls improve your customers care as they hv not attended my calls. Where should we file complaints? ???????? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Can we have the reply on below or should we take consumer court help for the same fyi... I have the written transaction details to produce in court. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and imediately reimburse my money . I can personally get the cash collect from your sector 5 office as I no faith left on online transactions.
