Self Employe — DDA refund not recieved

Please help me to get my DDA refund back. It has still not been received by me. My application number-6001696. Mobile-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com. The helpline number given by ICICI is busy most of the times and they give false assurance when you go to bank or call them. please help!
