I ordered a instant geyser in trade fare in delhi on 24/11/2013 worth Rs. 1690. I have given Rs.100 in advance. They promised to deliver the product within three days on urgent basis as per our requirement. We had not received it till 24th January, 2014 despite making a large number of calls. At last we received, the product on 25th January, 2014 i.e. after two months. They made a number false promises of their services. We received the item at the time when it was not needed. However, we make the payment and presuming it will be useful in winter of 2014. During the winter, we realised the produced is not working. Despite a number of calls, there was no response. Was so upset with the service of the company, we deposited the instant geyser on 25th November, 2015 at Trade Fair on the ground that the warranty was valid upto 24th January, 2016 i.e. two years from the date of installation at site. However, the company did not bother to reinstall the geyser despite an assurance from their one representative Mr. Nitish Sharma, Mobile No.[protected].
