Self — Online Credit card Fraud towards Billdesk Airtel Payment

I am having Axis bank credit card. On 28 Mar 2014, I received a call from [protected] and [protected] to redeem the credit points. Revealed the card details as I was in hurry and noise resembling as a call center. Amount of Rs 4971/- has been charged from credit card my card vide transaction no.[protected] towards Bill desk Airtel payment. Blocked the card immediately. Lodged a police complaint and taken up the dispute with Axis bank. Got a reply from Axis bank saying dispute went in merchant favor and you are liable to pay the amount. Seems this is happening from a very big call center and it would be great if you could take some strict action and help me to get my money back. Please let me know all the details required for this and your help is very much appreciated.
